Open the glove box and push the damper on the left side inward to detach it from the glove box.

Press both sides of the glove box inward while releasing the stopper hooks, then lower the glove box downward.

Press the locking tabs on both sides of the filter cover inward to remove the cover.

Replace the filter.

Postscript

This is the replacement procedure for the Vezel (RV).

The filter can be replaced without completely removing the glove box (even the illustration in the owner’s manual does not show the glove box being fully removed).

Honda’s replacement procedures are generally designed to allow smooth servicing, and this vehicle is no exception.
There are no awkward parts to remove and no special tricks or techniques required during the process, so even someone with limited mechanical knowledge should be able to complete the replacement easily.

If there is one point worth mentioning, it would be that since the glove box is not fully removed, the working space for the replacement feels slightly cramped.

One possible reason is that the ETC unit was stored inside the glove box area, and the wiring harness had limited slack.
Although it does not interfere significantly with the replacement, if the wiring makes access difficult, disconnecting the ETC wiring beforehand may allow the replacement to proceed more smoothly.

This time, the replacement was carried out without disconnecting anything.
Even so, the work was not particularly difficult, and compared to unnecessarily removing the entire glove box and risking damage to the hinge section, this replacement method can be considered the smarter approach.

Once familiar with the procedure, the replacement can be completed in approximately two to three minutes.

The cover uses locking tabs on both sides, and removal and installation are both very straightforward with no unusual quirks.

A dust-collection type filter was installed.
It is likely the same size as existing filters already in use in other applications.
