Mazda’s middle class SUV!
The CX-5, which gained popularity with its previous model (KE), continues to be popular even after the model change to the KF.
Personally, I think the current model is cooler.
But to be honest, there’s not much difference between it and the CX-8.
I’m probably not the only one who thinks that way.
The CX-8 is larger, but you can’t tell which one it is at first glance.
Mazda’s front masks are becoming more and more similar on all of its cars.
Currently, diesel is our mainstay, but what kind of development do you have in mind for the future?
Today we will show you how to replace the air conditioner filter in your CX-5(Right Hand Drive).
Recently, it has become easier to replace all Mazda models.
This is a good thing!
This CX-5 is one of them.
You can easily replace it!
Now, let’s get to the point.
Remove the damper
When you open the glove box, there is a damper on the left side.
Remove this damper by pulling it to the left.
It is sometimes difficult to remove, so be careful not to damage the damper by applying too much force.
Remove glove box
Push both sides of the glove box inward and pull to remove the glove box.
When I actually worked on it, it came off relatively easily.
Depending on the car, it may be so sturdy that it won’t budge even if you push it on both sides and pull it, but I remember that this car came off relatively easily.
I feel better if it comes off easily.
Replace the filter
When you remove the glove box, you’ll see a filter on the front.
There is a handle-like thing at the bottom center of the filter, so lift the handle up and pull it to remove the filter.
I think you’ll probably be able to do it easily even if it’s your first time replacing it!
The current model, which is quite stylish, has been well received overseas as well.
Mazda has recently started to unify its vehicle names, but I feel that Mazda is also looking at the world.
But even so, I personally think people should give up on selling them with the same face.
I’m sure they all have different ideas, but I feel like they lose their individuality when they all look the same.
Owning a car is a form of status for the owner, so I think there is a desire to drive a car that has a sense of luxury, but there are also owners who value practicality, so these people I think I would like them to take it in a direction that interests them more.
We are now entering an era where owning a car is being questioned.
I feel like my purchases are now more expensive than they used to be.
This is off topic, but here are the recommended air conditioner filters.
